1. Service scope: Mainland China eSIM plans provide mobile data access within the People’s Republic of China only.
2. Device Compatibility: By purchasing, you confirm that your device meets the following: carrier-unlocked; eSIM-capable (iPhone XS or later, or select newer Android models); able to manually add an eSIM in Settings. Activation failures due to device incompatibility are covered by our Refund Policy (refundable if unactivated).
3. Regional Pass Coverage: The actual countries, cities, and network operators covered by North America, Europe, Africa, and Oceania regional passes are subject to the network available at the time of use. Please confirm your destination is on the coverage list before departure.
4. Service Scope: We provide mobile data service only. We do not provide voice calling (unless explicitly stated on the product page) and cannot guarantee receipt of SMS verification codes for any app (unless explicitly stated as SMS-capable on the product page).
5. Limitation of Liability: For service interruptions caused by force majeure, upstream provider outages, or network fluctuations, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, but are not liable for indirect damages.
